STR Series |
STR Series is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine of 50~350T for take-out products and sprues. It has single stage and telescopic type, can be added a sub-arm for 3-plates mold to grip products and sprue at the same time. Pneumatic, Frequent motor, AC servo motor driven on traverse axle, vertical and Crosswise driven by pneumatic cylinder. Standard equipments can be used for vacuum/grip tooling for different products.
Features

● Using high rigidity linear slide rail and alloy aluminum structure beam, so arm can be stationary and wear resistance. Telescopic type with double-speed belt increased speed and stability of vertical axle;
● The special design of prevent arm drop safely, when pressure lower or accidentally cut off, it wil guarantee the security of arm and mould.
● It can take out products at high speed inside the mould and place products at a low speed. Different design of tooling can be used for vacuum/grip tooling for different products with various actions, take out products smoothly and faultlessly;
● The security mode is set in advance, put an end to hidden danger for operation perfectly;
● Middle-Plate Inspection, Spry Device, Air Nipper and Safety Placing detecting are available to operated with automatic application of the factory.
● With standard interface can be connected with Vertical Transporter ,conveyor or other auxiliary apparatus;
● The special circuit is designed even appear the system fault, cut off the pressure source and so on, it can also guarantee the security of arm and mould.
